Description

We are looking for a Finance Admin Officer with the following responsibilities below:

  • Prepare client invoices
  • Send out the invoices and statements to customers
  • Monitor the collection of invoices
  • Record customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
  • Ensure that withholding tax certificates are properly provided by the client entity.
  • Generate summarize status of outstanding receivables
  • Assist in sorting, filing, labelling, and indexing of physical documents
  • Do any other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcome but with experience doing clerical work
  • Has knowledge on Accounting or Admin tasks
  • Responsible and accountable
  • With good work ethics
  • Minimum wage
