Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Field Engineer to support the resolution of field quality issues, ensure compliance with technical standards, and manage the distribution and implementation of technical service information. This role requires close coordination with dealers, internal teams, and headquarters to enhance vehicle performance, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in technical support or field quality assurance in the automotive industry.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and compliance testing.
• Familiarity with recall procedures and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
