We are looking for motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Account/Field Officers. The role involves client engagement through fieldwork, including client visits, credit investigations, collection, and marketing. Fresh graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply. Applicants with microfinancing or lending experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client visits for credit investigation (CI) and assessment.
• Collect payments from clients accurately and on time.
• Promote and market financial products and services to potential clients.
• Build and maintain good client relationships to ensure trust and loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and proper documentation.
• Provide feedback and reports regarding client accounts and field activities.
• Uphold professionalism and integrity in handling client transactions.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates and undergraduates are encouraged to apply.
• Preferably with microfinancing or lending experience.
• Comfortable with fieldwork (client visits, CI, collections, and marketing).
• Must have a good record in previous employment.
• Willing to work in a stay-in setup (NCR, Rizal, Laguna areas provided).
