  • A Factory Worker is responsible for performing a variety of tasks in a manufacturing or production environment. Duties include operating machinery, assembling products, packing items, maintaining a clean workspace, and following safety procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the factory.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Previous factory or production experience (an advantage, but not always required).
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
  • Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime if needed.
