Description
- Operate machinery and equipment in the factory
- Assemble products according to specifications
- Operate machinery, assist in production processes, maintain cleanliness, and adhere to safety standards.
- Inspect products for quality assurance
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Report any issues or defects to supervisors
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of food safety protocols, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced factory environment; may involve standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, teamwork, reliability, and good communication skills.
