- Oversee the maintenance and operations of facilities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts
- Develop and implement facility management policies
- Assist in budgeting and cost control for facility expenses
- Coordinate space management and office layouts
- Lead a team of maintenance and support staff
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in facilities management or a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; familiarity with building systems and maintenance.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional site visits; may require flexibility in hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
