Job Description

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, managing schedules and correspondence.
  • Support the CEO with scheduling, correspondence, project management, and preparing reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and prepare reports as needed.
  • Assist in project management and communication between departments.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Develop and implement office procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Educational Qualifications: A diploma in business administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, excellent communication (both written and verbal), time management, multitasking, and email management skills, proficient in MS Outlook.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional overtime as needed.
  • Qualities and Traits: Highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and professional demeanor.
