Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in fast paced environments and enjoys

managing both business and lifestyle needs? Do you have the discretion, organizational skills, and adaptability to support executives at the highest level?


We are a Lifestyle Management firm seeking a proactive & polished Executive Assistant to support

our C-level leaders. This is not your typical EA role — you’ll play a key part in ensuring our

executives’ business and personal lives run seamlessly


What You’ll Do

  • Manage complex calendars, travel itineraries, and executive schedules.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare documents, and ensure executives are always briefed and ready.
  • Handle lifestyle-related tasks, including personal errands, events, and VIP arrangements.
  • Act as the point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and discretion.
  • Spearhead special projects such a home construction, vehicle purchases, international purchases
  • Travel to Boracay on a case to case basis (depending on the requirements of the Executive)


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of solid working experience supporting C-Level Executives (Luxury Services, Hospitality or LifeStyle Management is a plus)
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern productivity tools and AI
