Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Secretarial Course or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, typically 6 months to 2 years.
  • Experience in providing support to high-level executives.
  • Dependable and punctual with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with other office software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
