Overview:

The Event Production Intern will play a key role in supporting our event team in the planning, coordination, and execution of live and virtual events. This internship offers hands-on experience in event logistics, vendor coordination, and production management. It’s a great opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable skills in the event industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of in-person, including conferences, corporate gatherings, and brand activations.
• Support onsite event logistics, such as setup, registration, and breakdown.
• Conduct research on venues, suppliers, and event trends.
• Help manage event timelines, checklists, and production schedules.
• Assist with creating event materials, including presentations, signage, and digital content.
• Provide administrative assistance, such as maintaining event databases and such.
  

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Can render up to 400 hours
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with event management software is a plus.
• Passion for the events industry and eagerness to learn.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
