  • Collaborate with clients to understand event requirements and goals.

    • Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and other service providers.
    • Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown.
    • Manage on-site staff and delegate tasks effectively.
    • Address any issues or last-minute changes during events.
    • Ensure events comply with safety and legal regulations.
    • Maintain event budgets and handle post-event evaluations.

    Requirements

  • Proven experience in event planning or coordination.

    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
    • Proficiency in event management software and tools.
    • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
    • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field preferred).
