Work Arrangement: Work From Office

Location: Pampanga

Schedule: Mid Shift

Job Description:

• Review survey information provided by sales representatives, including sketches and written customer requirements/specifications.

• Use the Focus Washroom costing template to accurately price refurbishment projects, calculating materials required from provided sketches.

• Verify and refine quotation text, including crafting detailed scopes for bespoke project elements.

• Collaborate with sales representatives to finalize estimates, compile quotations, CAD drawings, and case studies into standard proposal templates, and send them to clients.

• Ensure all project documents are accurately maintained in the CRM system.

• Following training, handle more complex washroom tenders, interpreting initial drawings, preparing costings, and presenting in the client’s tender format.

• Maintain and update a list of current materials and labor costs.

• Strong mathematical ability.

• Detail-oriented and methodical approach to work.

• Basic knowledge of building projects and estimating, with a willingness to learn about washroom projects.

• Proficiency in Excel.

• Effective communication and organizational skills.

• Proactive and willing to take initiative.
