Design and deliver English listening, speaking, reading, and writing courses that meet international teaching standards and cater to various age groups. 2. Evaluate students’ English proficiency, develop personalized learning plans, and target weaknesses in vocabulary, grammar, and communication. 3. Leverage multimedia resources to create an engaging online learning environment that fosters students’ interest in English. 4.
