Job Description:

• Check daily suction pressure, oil level, thawing time, and ice thickness.
• Maintain the freezing tank by cleaning the ice machine weekly.
• Check for ammonia leaks and clean the water filter.
• Monthly drain the oil path separator and clean the tube maker, cooling tower, and sprinkles.
• Lubricate the compressor and motor bearings, and check all motor pumps.
• Monitor the harvest of machine.
• Input to monitoring sheet and operator logbook.
• Ensure the ice bagger is in good working condition.
• Assist with delivery and retail operations as needed.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of the plant.
