  • Lead end-to-end process analysis and ERP system design across functional areas (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify inefficiencies, and propose scalable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including flowcharts, swimlane diagrams, and SOPs.
  • Identify process bottlenecks, pain points, and system gaps, and recommend improvements or automation opportunities.
  • Support ERP configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Manage ERP-related initiatives, including timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication.
  • Conduct impact assessments and change management activities.
  • Monitor post-iplementation performance and continuously seek opportunities for optimization.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP implementation and process improvement.
  • Strong understanding of ERP platforms such as Oracle.
  • Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and diagramming tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart).
  • Ability to identify and analyze process inefficiencies, pain points, and root causes.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Project Management certification is an advantage.
  • Experience in change management and user training delivery
