Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver English courses (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) aligned with international teaching standards for diverse age groups.
• Assess students’ proficiency, develop personalized learning plans, and address improvements in vocabulary, grammar, and communication skills.
• Utilize multimedia resources to create an engaging and interactive online learning environment that stimulates students’ interest in English.
• Regularly evaluate learning outcomes, provide detailed feedback to students and parents, and adjust teaching strategies as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in English Education, Applied Linguistics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of ESL teaching experience.
• Native-level or C1/C2 English proficiency, with standard pronunciation and fluent communication skills.
• Familiarity with online teaching tools (e.g., ClassIn) and the ability to design interactive teaching activities.
