Job Title Full-Time Primary & Secondary School English Educator (Filipino National) Location Chongqing, China Schedule Approximately 40 hours per week, aligned with the school calendar (teaching, lesson planning, and extracurricular activities included). Role Overview As a dedicated and dynamic English language educator, you will teach in public and private primary and/or secondary schools in Chongqing. Your primary responsibility is to create an engaging, immersive, and effective English-learning environment that builds students’ confidence and competence in spoken communication and foundational language skills. Core Responsibilities 1. Classroom Instruction & Preparation • Deliver structured, interactive English lessons focused on oral communication, following or adapting provided curricula to meet student needs. • Allocate ample time to lesson planning, resource development, and student assessment to ensure high-quality learning outcomes. • Serve as a linguistic role model by using English as the primary medium of instruction and interaction. • Design and integrate activities, games, and multimedia tools to stimulate student engagement. 2. Collaboration & Professional Development • Attend school meetings, training sessions, and cultural exchange events as required. • Provide constructive feedback on student progress and maintain positive communication with colleagues and administrators. Employment Package & Benefits 1. Competitive Salary • PHP 42,000 per month. 2. Working & Living Environment • Living: Private room in a functional, hotel-style apartment—clean, practical, and comfortable. • Working: Placement in one of our partner language training centers in Chongqing, providing a professional setting for adult and young adult learners. Mandatory Qualifications • Native-level English proficiency (Filipino national) with clear enunciation and excellent communication skills. • Bachelor’s degree or higher. • Minimum two years of professional experience. • Clean criminal record certificate from the Philippine National Police. • Good health and ability to pass the Chinese work-visa medical examination. • Positive attitude, adaptability, and genuine passion for teaching and cross-cultural exchange. Preferred Attributes • TEFL, TESOL, CELTA certification, or valid teaching license. • Experience with communicative teaching methodologies, educational technology, or extracurricular program development. • High cultural adaptability, resilience, patience, and strong sense of responsibility.
