EMPLOYEE RELATIONS OFFICER
(PHILIPPINES RESIDENTS ONLY)
Job Description:
- Mediate concerns between associates and management to ensure fair resolution.
- Conduct and document coaching sessions to motivate and empower employees.
- Respond to emails and phone calls professionally and promptly.
- Create and implement employee engagement initiatives, including activities, programs, and company events.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute team-building events and internal programs that promote a positive workplace culture.
- Strategize and propose employee-focused programs aligned with company goals.
- Assist in company-wide events and assemblies, including agenda preparation and coordination.
- Develop strategic action plans that support company initiatives and drive employee engagement.
- Adapt and create systems and processes to improve HR and organizational efficiency.
- Provide reminders and precautionary measures on potential risks that may affect the business.
- Participate in the creation, review, and implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and government regulations.
- Maintain and safeguard confidential employee and company documents.
- Prepare reports, schedules, and documentation related to employee programs and concerns.
- Screen and interview candidates for key roles within the organization.
- Identify training needs and assist in the creation of employee learning and development programs.
- Conduct new hire orientations; automate orientation processes where applicable.
- Utilize Google Suite and other systems for efficient documentation, scheduling, and reporting.
- Create visual presentations using tools such as Canva or other photo or video-editing software.
- Maintain consistent communication and support across departments.
Qualifications:
- Possesses at least one (1) year of hands-on experience in Employee Relations, Labor, Engagement, or related.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and a problem-solving mindset
- Strong ethics, confidentiality, and reliability
- Adaptability to new responsibilities
- Creativity in developing processes, systems, and programs
- Team player with leadership potential
- Proficiency in GSuite and document handling
- Visual presentation skills; Canva knowledge is a plus
- Ability to conduct and automate orientations
- Knowledgeable in labor law and compliance
