Position: Human Resource Employee Relations Specialist

Industry: Construction Company

Location: Makati, City

Salary: Php20,000 – Php25,000

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Dayshift)

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Human Resources or any related course

At least 2 years of experience in Employee Relations

Experience working in the same industry is advantage

Willing to work fully on site

Amenable to work as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for Ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws

Handling employee relations and HR duties

Handling employee violations and concerns.

Responsible for coordinating orientation and training for the new employees of the company.

Maintaining accurate employee data bases and proper records of employee attendance.
