Employee Management Specialist or HR Coordinator is primarily responsible for fostering and maintaining positive employee relations throughout the employee lifecycle. This role ensures that deployed employees are well-supported, their concerns are addressed, and their performance is monitored effectively.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


Onboarding Support

Follow up on missing or incomplete onboarding requirements

Conduct New Employee Orientation and explain company policies

Facilitate contract signing and new hire document completion

Request and distribute new hire kits (IDs, uniforms, etc.)

Coordinate with client representatives for timely employee deployment


Employee Relations

Monitor employee movements, concerns, and performance

Conduct site visits to assess engagement and well-being

Address employee inquiries promptly and professionally

Act as a liaison to resolve employee issues

Respond to client feedback and escalate concerns

Draft HR correspondence (Back-to-Work, Absence Notices, etc.)


Timekeeping & Attendance Monitoring

Ensure accurate attendance and timecard submission

Coordinate with operations for adequate manpower coverage

Submit attendance reports and top sheets on time

Resolve attendance discrepancies with employees and internal teams


Administrative Case Management

Forward incident reports to HR for processing

Support Notices to Explain (NTEs) and Notices of Decision (NODs) preparation

Collect employee explanations for administrative cases

Ensure proper documentation and case resolution timelines


Exit Management

Assist with exit interview forms and clearance process

Update employees on clearance and final pay status

Coordinate with HR and Accounting for final pay release


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of 4-year course
  • With experience as HR Generalist
  • Preferably residing in Sto. Tomas, Batangas
  • Amenable for field work as necessary
