- Prepare and organize onboarding documents
- Assist with new employee orientation and contract signing
- Coordinate with payroll for attendance-related updates
- Help employees with benefit concerns (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
- Ensure timely and proper delivery of documents
- Receive employee concerns and refer them to the appropriate department
- Help with planning and organizing employee activities
