- End-to-end processing of employee cases, notices, and memorandum pertaining to disciplinary cases
- Knowledgeable with drafting and issuance of notices
- Document all employee cases and disciplinary measures
- Review and update HR policies, procedures and practices to align with current legal requirements
- Execute compliance requirements mandated by DOLE
- Review and draft contracts, agreements, and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements
- Other tasks may be assigned
- Graduate of Human Resources Management, Psychology or other related courses.
- At least 3 solid years' experience in Employee/Labor Relations
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations.
- Proficient to advance knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
