- Manage the complete offboarding process including clearance coordination, exit interviews, and final documentation.
- Conduct and analyze exit interviews to identify trends, reasons for resignation, and improvement opportunities; provide quarterly exit interview analysis reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee change status notices (promotions, transfers, terminations).
- Coordinate with department heads and HR team to monitor the performance evaluation schedule and ensure completion.
- Collaborate with direct managers to create and implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for underperforming employees.
- Maintain and audit all HR documentation and records for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in HR documentation or admin-related work.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Familiarity with HRIS or documentation systems is a plus.
