We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with a strong focus on Employee Relations (ER) to join our team. This role will be responsible for maintaining a positive and productive workplace by managing employee concerns, fostering healthy communication between employees and management, and ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws.

The HR Generalist will handle day-to-day HR operations, support employee engagement initiatives, conduct investigations, and work closely with leaders to drive a fair and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution of concerns.
  • Conduct objective investigations related to employee complaints, disciplinary cases, and workplace issues.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, disciplinary procedures, and labor compliance.
  • Maintain and update HR policies in accordance with Philippine labor laws and company standards.
  • Handle end-to-end disciplinary processes, including documentation, notices, and administrative hearings.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and culture-building activities.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate ER-related reports and documentation.
  • Collaborate with other HR functions such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, and training.
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Assist in conflict resolution, mediation, and coaching sessions when needed.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction and overall HR service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to employee relations in the Philippines.
  • Solid knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code, HR policies, and DOLE regulations.
  • Experience in conducting investigations and handling disciplinary actions is strongly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Excellent documentation, reporting, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to maintain composure and fairness in high-pressure or conflict situations.
