Job Summary

The Communications and Engagement Supervisor is responsible for developing, executing, and managing internal communication and engagement initiatives that strengthen company culture, employee alignment, and organizational identity. This role is an individual contributor, focused on hands-on delivery rather than people management, and works closely with HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure clear, consistent, and engaging communication across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal communication strategies aligned with company values, goals, and culture
• Create, curate, and manage content for company-wide announcements, newsletters, engagement campaigns, and internal platforms
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and campaigns that promote participation and morale
• Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and branding across all internal communication materials
• Collaborate with HR and leadership on change communications, company updates, and engagement-related programs
• Monitor engagement metrics and feedback to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Support company events, town halls, and internal activities through communication planning and execution
• Act as a communication point person for engagement-related initiatives and internal campaigns

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in communications, employee engagement, internal communications, or a similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience creating content for internal audiences and managing engagement initiatives
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently
• Creative, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal supervision
