DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintenance and Repair:

• Receive and respond immediately to job order.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in production machinery and plant equipment promptly upon receipt of job requests.

Preventive Maintenance:

• Conduct preventive maintenance on all production machinery and plant equipment according to the approved maintenance program.

Inspection and Monitoring:

• Perform routine inspections of all production machinery and equipment, documenting results and reporting any abnormalities to the Team Leader or Maintenance Supervisor.

Fabrication and Mechanical Support:

• Perform minor fabrication, welding, and other mechanical tasks as requested to support production needs.

Operational Support:

• Assist in the regular replacement of machine parts and may operate a forklift for moving or stockpiling machine parts/spare parts as necessary.

Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to all safety procedures and policies at all times.

General Support:

• Perform additional duties as assigned by Team Leaders and Maintenance Supervisor.
