Requirements:

Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or similar role

Valid electrician’s license or certification

Strong knowledge of electrical systems and codes

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Physical stamina and ability to work in various environments

Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.


- With high experience as a Foreman


Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians and apprentices

Plan and schedule daily tasks and project timelines

Inspect electrical installations for quality and compliance

Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on site

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies

Order and manage electrical materials and supplies

Maintain accurate records and project documentation

Communicate effectively with project managers and other trades

Train and mentor junior team members

Conduct safety meetings and enforce safety standards


Work Location: Candidate must be okay to work anywhere in Mindanao and Visayas

Salary: 27k (Open OT) - Same Benefits with the skilled workers. All free Accommodation, Meal and Transpo (Airfare if from Luzon)
