Description
- Install wiring, lighting, control systems, transformers, and other electrical equipment in new or existing buildings
- Troubleshooting: Utilize testing devices like ammeters, voltmeters, and thermal scanners to diagnose electrical faults and determine the cause of problems
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical diagrams and blueprints to understand the layout of electrical systems and plan installations
- Documentation: Keep records of work completed, materials used, and repairs made
- Collaboration: Work effectively with other tradespeople, architects, contractors, and project managers
