The Electrical Engineer is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of lighting fixtures across various project sites. This role requires strong technical expertise in lighting systems, including wiring, mounting, and troubleshooting, to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations. The Engineer will coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to execute installation plans, resolve technical issues, and ensure quality standards are met. The position will play a key role in evaluating site conditions, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement in lighting installation and repair processes.


1. Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of lighting fixtures to ensure compliance with technical standards and safety regulations.

2. Review lighting plans, wiring diagrams, and specifications to guide installation works.

3. Conduct on-site inspections to verify quality, workmanship, and adherence to project requirements.

4. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in lighting systems and implement effective solutions.

5. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of materials.

6. Prepare technical reports, work progress updates, and maintenance documentation.

7. Ensure proper calibration, alignment, and functionality of lighting systems after installation or repair.

8. Monitor and enforce compliance with electrical codes, safety procedures, and company quality standards.

9. Recommend improvements to installation methods, materials, and processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.

10. Provide technical guidance and support to installation teams and subcontractors.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Major in Electrical Engineering
  • Licensed Engineer is not a must but preferred
  • Strong technical knowledge of lighting systems, wiring methods, and electrical safety standards
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical plans, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications
  • Capable of troubleshooting and resolving electrical and mechanical issues efficiently
  • Skilled in project scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring
  • Effective team leadership and people management abilities
  • Strong coordination and communication skills for working with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
  • Competent in preparing technical reports and work documentation
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with using digital tools for project tracking and reporting
  • Knowledge of product compliance and industry standards
