Role: eCommerce Assistant

Work Arrangement: Work From Home

Schedule: Night Shift

Job Description:

• Finalize the setup of Amazon and eBay accounts (currently in onboarding phase)

• Create and optimize approximately 250 product listings, including titles, descriptions, specifications, and SEO

• Perform regular inventory and pricing updates (managing around 1,000 units)

• Handle customer support tasks including basic messaging, returns, and order inquiries

• Solid experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and eBay Seller Hub

• Strong eCommerce listing and optimization skills

• Ideally, experience working with refurbished electronics or consumer tech

• Familiarity with EU marketplace regulations and refurbished product guidelines

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills

• Experience with tools such as Sellbrite, Linnworks, or similar platforms is a plus
