We are seeking a passionate and experienced Reggio Emilia–inspired early childhood educator to guide our preschool team in implementing a child-led, inquiry-based learning approach. This is a remote position, ideal for an educator or consultant experienced in mentoring teachers and developing Reggio-inspired programs virtually.

• Collaborate with the School Director and teachers to integrate Reggio Emilia principles into our existing preschool program.
• Conduct online training sessions, coaching calls, and workshops for teachers on Reggio-inspired methods, environment setup, and documentation.
• Assist in designing project-based learning experiences based on children’s interests and observations.
• Review and provide feedback on teachers’ lesson plans, classroom documentation, and learning environment photos/videos.
• Support the development of parent communication tools that reflect Reggio Emilia values.
• Help establish long-term strategies for sustaining a Reggio-inspired culture in the school.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Strong understanding and practical knowledge of the Reggio Emilia philosophy.
• Experience mentoring or training teachers, preferably in an online or hybrid setup.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Creative thinker who values curiosity, reflection, and lifelong learning.

Preferred

• Experience helping preschools transition to a Reggio-inspired curriculum.
• Background in educational leadership, coaching, or curriculum design.
• Comfort using digital tools (Zoom, Google Workspace, etc.) for collaboration and training.
