Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and recruit suitable creators and affiliates on TikTok and other social media platforms
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators and influencers
• Coordinate with creators for product promotions, live selling, and content creation
• Manage creator onboarding, agreements, and campaign alignment
• Monitor creator performance, sales results, and content effectiveness
• Communicate regularly with creators to ensure brand alignment and campaign success
• Assist in developing strategies to increase online sales and brand visibility
• Track trends on TikTok and recommend new opportunities for growth
• Prepare basic reports on creator performance and campaign outcomes

Job Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data tracking and reporting)
• Familiarity with TikTok and other social media platforms
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with creators
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
• Open to fresh graduates / no experience required (training will be provided)
