Managing and updating online store content (website & marketplace such as Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
Developing e-commerce sales and promotional strategies to achieve sales targets.
Analyzing online sales performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Conducting market and competitor research to understand consumer trends and needs.
Managing relevant digital marketing campaigns for e-commerce (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing).
Collaborating with design and content teams to ensure product displays are attractive and informative.
Managing the ordering process, delivery, product stock, and customer service on online channels.
Establishing relationships with third parties, such as couriers, digital agencies, or marketplace platforms.
Preparing periodic reports related to online sales performance and marketing campaigns.

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail.
Understanding of e-commerce systems and analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, etc.
Skilled in marketplace management and CMS (Content Management System).
Strong data analysis skills and strategic thinking.
Able to work independently as well as in a team, and multitask in a dynamic environment.
Communicative with good negotiation skills.
