Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Account Control Officer to support our account management operations. The role involves handling onboarding and offboarding activities, access provisioning, background checks, and ensuring accuracy in billing and invoicing processes. This position requires strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and offboarding assignments accurately and on time
• Process access provisioning and perform background verification for accounts
• Handle billing and invoicing requests with attention to detail
• Maintain and update account records in compliance with company standards
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely task completion
• Analyze account data to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Support process improvement initiatives related to account control operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course (Finance or Accounting preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in account management, onboarding/offboarding, access provisioning, or background checks
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Amenable to a graveyard shift under a hybrid setup in Taguig City
• Stable work history (no frequent job changes)
