Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Merchandiser/Driver to join our team. This role involves ensuring that products are properly displayed and stocked in assigned stores, while also supporting logistics by delivering items using company vehicles. The ideal candidate must have a valid driver’s license and be capable of operating a delivery vehicle safely and efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Load, transport, and deliver products to designated stores or clients.
• Ensure shelves and displays are properly arranged, clean, and adequately stocked.
• Follow visual merchandising guidelines and planograms.
• Monitor product conditions (e.g., expiration dates, damages) and report issues.
• Collect and submit delivery receipts and inventory documentation.
• Assist in inventory checks and restocking as needed.
• Coordinate with store staff and internal sales team regarding deliveries and promotions.
• Drive safely and follow all traffic rules and company delivery procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the assigned vehicle.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned routes.

Qualifications:

• At least College undergraduate or vocational graduate
• Must be a resident of Manila or nearby areas.
• With previous experience as a merchandiser or delivery driver is preferred.
• Must have a valid professional or non-professional driver’s license.
• Can drive a manual or automatic vehicle.
• Physically fit and able to handle loading/unloading of products.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Trustworthy, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to be assigned in Bambang Sta Cruz, Manila.
