  • Providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth daily operations of an office.
  • This includes tasks like answering phones, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and ordering supplies.
  • They may also assist with basic bookkeeping, greet visitors, and provide general support to other team members and management. 

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is crucial . 
  • Familiarity with office machinery: (printers, fax machines, copiers, etc.) is expected. Data entry skills and experience with other relevant software: may be required.
