JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for the monitoring of incoming shipments, computation of duties and taxes and lodgment processes.


JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Export Shipments ( Clark Zone )

  • On time checking of docs and relaying of concerns to sales in charge related to ED lodgment
  • Efficient/on time lodgment of ED
  • Endorsement of Docs to Processor's Customs Processing
  • Compiling/Uploading of processed docs and sending to corresponding shipment thread to sales in charge
  • Monitoring / following up BOC ticket status for ATL Release
  • On time payment of Port charges meeting the Shipping Line cutoff avoiding penalty/Shut out charges
  • Sending of closed Ticket and Port charges OR to corresponding shipment thread
  • Endorsement of Job files to Sales or billing (upon completion processing & Checklist)
  • Endorsement documents for CO processing to assigned processor (if needed)
  • Endorsement of processed CO & corresponding OR to Sales for billing (upon completion processing) If applicable
  • To perform other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time


Requirements

JOB DIMENSIONS

Core Competencies:

  • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints from customers, suppliers, regulatory agencies, and overseas agent; Knowledge of customs forms with ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents; Proficiency in world geography, import documentation, and Incoterms.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • Preferably graduate of BS in Customs Administration

Experience :

  • At least 1 year experience on the same field or equivalent

Lincense:

  • License Custom Broker is a plus
