Description
- Manage and organize project documents and records.
- Ensure document accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate document approvals and revisions with relevant stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain an efficient filing system.
- Train staff on document control procedures and software.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in document control or administrative roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with document management software.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours, potential for remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, ability to work under pressure, and a team player.
