I.         Overall Responsibility

The Distribution Manager is responsible in managing and expanding the distribution channels for an assortment of products to achieve sales, volume, and price realization targets across a given region and sub-distributors.

 II.       Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for managing all Sub-Distributors across the given regions.

• Responsible in expanding and maintaining the sales performance of the assigned Food Service Sub-Distributor. 

• Ensures that all sales programs are successfully executed, implementing consistently the policies strict alignment with the Sub-Distributors 

• Providing relevant recommendations that will help achieve sales target objectives, execution of sales and distribution strategies and programs, collection efficiency and adherence to department budgets 

• Identifying and work closely with Sub-Distributor’s sales agent to cover the accounts 

• Handle accounts complaint, quality issue, discounts, support, etc. 

• Closely coordinates with Sub-Distributor Sales Head in achieving sales target 

• Reviews key performance of Sub-distributor target and discuss with internal business units resolutions for under performance against desired target 

• Closely coordinates with Sub-Distributor to formulate, plan and conceptualize processes and developments to further improve the overall operations
