Primary Function:

To manage and oversee all activities related to the preparation and organization of deliveries prior to dispatch. The Pre-Dispatch Officer coordinates with the Releasing Section and Vehicle Operations Teams to ensure every delivery is accurate, well-documented, and ready for smooth handover to couriers or transport personnel.

Responsibilities

Preparation of Deliveries

• Verify the completeness and accuracy of items to be dispatched.

Documentation and Record Management

• Ensure all Delivery Receipts (DR), Job Orders (JO), and Gate Passes are properly

prepared and signed.

Quality and Accuracy Control

• Double-check item identification, serial numbers, and tracking/sticker tags before dispatch.

Scheduling and Monitoring

• Prepare daily dispatch or itinerary schedules and delivery routes.

Handover Process

• Facilitate the smooth handover of deliveries to drivers or third-party couriers.

Inventory and Control Support

• Assist in inventory monitoring and reconciliation related to outgoing items.

Safety and Compliance

• Ensure all dispatch operations comply with company procedures and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required).
• Experience in logistics, warehouse, or dispatch operations (1–2 years preferred, but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office or warehouse management systems.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple dispatches efficiently.

• Monday - Saturday 7:00am - 4:00pm
