Dispatcher Is responsible for coordinating the timely and efficient delivery of products from the production facility to customers or distribution points. This role ensures that orders are dispatched according to scheduled timelines, tracks deliveries, manages transportation logistics, and communicates with drivers, warehouse staff, and customer service to meet delivery deadlines while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Work Schedule: 

• This role requires a rotating shift schedule from Monday to Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule deliveries based on orders, production readiness, and customer requirements.
• Communicate with production, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate dispatch
• Allocate and adjust delivery routes, and dispatch vehicles to optimize efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Maintain clear communication with drivers, monitor progress, and resolve any delivery issues promptly.
• Track deliveries, prepare necessary documents, and maintain records of dispatch activities and vehicle status.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Address customer concerns regarding delays, damages, or misrouting and implement solutions to maintain satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Can work in shifting schedule 
• Willing to work in Carmona, Cavite 
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry.
• Familiarity with dispatching software, GPS, or route tracking systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
