Description
- Efficiently operate and maintain dishwashing equipment to ensure a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Rinse, sort, and load dirty dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment into the dishwasher.
- Unload clean dishes and utensils, ensuring they are dry and stored in designated areas.
- Assist with the cleaning of kitchen surfaces and equipment as required.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
