Responsibilities
1. Overall platform operations planning
2. Platform data monitoring and exception handling, with the ability to track user sentiment and dynamic trends in real time
3. User acquisition and retention: continuously understand the user lifecycle and develop targeted activity plans and operational strategies for each stage
4. Activity framework development: event planning (theme, objectives, budget, risks, KPIs), risk identification, event retrospectives, and preliminary research
5. Agent/invitation system operations: stay fully aware of agents’ and users’ needs and pain points, continuously devise invitation/agent strategies based on market and user insights, and build data models and dashboards to monitor current agent and user trends
6. Product cadence: participate in every product phase, maintain comprehensive knowledge of product details, and recommend product directions according to the product timeline—such as when to launch new features, list tokens, or initiate campaigns
7. Insight generation: identify product experience issues or defects from the user perspective and make timely adjustments, while proactively defining the product cadence (e.g., cold start phase, timing for retention campaigns, timing for new feature launches)
8. Drive revenue generation from zero to a complete closed loop
9. Team management: establish and document end-to-end operational processes, workflows, and knowledge base aligned with each stage of the company’s growth
