Payment Channel Operations Manager (South America – excluding Brazil)

【Salary Range】

15k–30k

【Responsibilities】

1. Develop and maintain payment partnership channels, define channel cooperation strategies, coordinate channel integration, optimize channel performance, and manage channel relationships;

2. Manage business requirements and collaborate closely with product, technology, and other departments to ensure effective communication and resolution of requirements, issues, and improvement suggestions;

3. Provide training and promotion of business management systems and processes, and assist in resolving customer issues during collaboration and usage;

4. Conduct in-depth research on financial and payment industry scenarios and continuously update policies and processes for payment solutions.

【Requirements】

1. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in payments, finance, fintech, or related fields; experience in managing payment channels in South America is a plus;

2. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams;

3. Proficiency in English and Spanish for daily work;

4. Preference for candidates based in South America or willing to undertake international travel.
