Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialists to join our team (or to be placed with one of our multiple clients). In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including search engines, social media, email, and websites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, email, and social media).
• Optimize website and landing page content for improved performance and user experience.
• Monitor and report on performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and others.
• Create compelling ad copy, email content, and social media posts aligned with brand voice and goals.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to enhance organic and paid performance.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to implement effective campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and technologies to recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and email marketing platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and website performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
