Website Management & Technical Tasks

• Maintain and update the company website; ensure functionality, responsiveness, and performance.
• Perform basic coding, web configuration, and troubleshooting when needed.
• Manage hosting settings, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with technical support for technical issues.
• Set up, edit, and upgrade website features as required.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Plan and manage social media content for platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
• Create engaging written and visual content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Stay updated with industry trends and apply them to enhance marketing efforts.
• Create and implement strategic plans to grow the company’s global online presence.
• Design marketing materials such as billboards, notice boards, business cards, and digital graphics.
• Produce and edit videos for marketing and promotional purposes.

Internal & External Communication

• Coordinate marketing activities with international office.
• Handle official company emails and manage the company phone line professionally.
• Communicate with clients and prospects as instructed by the head office.

Reporting & Compliance

• Submit a daily report.
• Follow company protocols regarding confidentiality, data handling, and absences.
• Ensure full handover of responsibilities upon resignation or termination.
• Protect all confidential information and refrain from sharing it outside the company.
• Proven experience in website management
• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and across time zones
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Google Workspace, and basic video editing software is an asset

Additional Requirements – Remote Work Setup:

• Must have a reliable personal computer or laptop
• Stable, high-speed internet connection required
• Must have their own working room or a dedicated, quiet workspace, free from distractions during work hours
• Must be willing to install any required applications or tools for remote computer setup and monitoring, as directed by the company (e.g., remote desktop, communication tools, project management software)
• Note: The company does not provide devices or workstations

Work Schedule:

• Must be available to work from Sunday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (Vancouver Time)
• Must attend Google online meetings during working hours
