Job Title: Digital Marketing Associate – Azta Urban Salon

Location: Headquarters, ATC Center, 148 Katipunan Ave., Quezon City

The Digital Marketing Associate manages Azta Urban Salon’s digital presence across all online channels. This role drives the brand’s Integrated Sales and Marketing Activation in the digital space, focusing on creating compelling content, engaging the online community, and delivering measurable results. The Associate gathers online market and business intelligence while ensuring digital execution aligns with the core brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management

• Plan, schedule, and publish daily content across all mandated social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Monitor social channel performance and optimize posting strategies based on engagement and reach metrics
• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and emerging social media trends

2. Content Marketing

• Develop, write, and produce engaging content (captions, short-form videos, blogs) consistent with brand strategy and voice
• Coordinate with third-party graphic designers and videographers for content creation
• Ensure proper filing and management of all digital assets under Asset Management systems

3. Overall Digital Performance

• Analyze key digital metrics and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
• Contribute to performance reports and translate data into strategic insights for market and business intelligence
• Assist in tracking digital marketing budget for content boosting and online campaigns
• Conduct basic keyword research to inform content strategy and optimize website/landing page copy
• Assist in creating and optimizing ad copy and visual assets for paid search and social campaigns
• Monitor website/landing page health and coordinate with technical teams for necessary updates

4. Reputation Management / Community Building

• Monitor and respond to comments and reviews across all digital channels professionally and promptly
• Identify potential PR issues or negative trends and escalate them immediately to the Manager
• Use community feedback to generate insights on customer needs and preferences

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related field; at least 1 year experience in marketing (fresh graduates welcome)
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., META Business Suite, Google My Business, Linktree)
• High proficiency in creative tools for rapid content creation and editing (e.g., Canva, Lightroom, IG Edits)
• Working knowledge of digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization, time management, and data-driven planning abilities
• Customer-centric with creativity in content development and analytical in performance tracking
• Strong market awareness of the digital landscape and adaptability to online content trends and platform algorithm changes
• Genuine interest and passion for beauty and wellness, especially hair care
