Position Summary:

We are a growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) startup in the Philippines, supporting international clients, including a premium complementary health service in Australia offering neurofeedback, counselling, and kinesiology.


As we scale, we want to strengthen our digital footprint, attract new leads, retain clients, and build a strong employer brand. We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing & Client Lead Specialist who thrives in a startup environment and has hands-on experience with paid campaigns, engaging content creation, and client/community engagement.


This is a project-based role (1 year) that combines digital marketing, lead generation, and client retention. You’ll run ads, create content, manage brand presence, and nurture early-stage client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:


Social Media & Brand Visibility

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and grow presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging platforms (e.g., TikTok).
  • Create highly engaging video and static content (Reels, Stories, Ads, graphics, captions) using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools.
  • Deploy content across blogs, email newsletters (Mailchimp), and social posts.
  • Collaborate with leadership to translate business wins into client-facing content.


Paid Ads & Campaigns

  • Plan, build, and optimise Meta Ads (cold, warm, retargeting).
  • Run digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta platforms.
  • Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions) and recommend optimisations.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance and ROI.


Content Creation & Storytelling

  • Write compelling blogs, case studies, client spotlights, and thought-leadership posts.
  • Develop marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters.
  • Support recruitment marketing by designing job ads and employer branding content.


Website & SEO Management

  • Maintain and update website content for accuracy and relevance.
  • Optimise website for SEO and user experience (keywords, metadata, backlinks).
  • Track and report on web traffic, conversions, and engagement.


Influencer & Community Engagement

  • Conduct influencer outreach and manage referral pipelines (especially for the health/wellness client).
  • Manage LinkedIn engagement for primary clinicians and company executives.
  • Build online communities by engaging with followers and responding to messages.
  • Support ADHOC promotional and event-related activities.


Client Engagement & Retention

  • Nurture early-stage clients with warm and encouraging email communication.
  • Support ongoing engagement activities that promote retention and satisfaction.
  • Contribute ideas to improve branding, automation, and client experience.


Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Provide insights on competitors and identify growth opportunities.
  • Propose actionable recommendations for campaign, content, and client engagement improvements.
