Key Responsibilities:

-Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop, plan, and roll out effective marketing campaigns with lead generation as the core goal.

-Copywriting & Creative Direction: Write scripts, copy, hooks, offers, and closing angles for ads, social media, blogs, and emails.

-Paid Advertising: Take ownership of setting up, running, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).

-Analytics & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize strategies for better outcomes.

-SEO & Website Updates: Use Wix to publish and optimize blog posts for SEO purposes.

-Lead Nurturing Channels: Coordinate and execute strategies across social media marketing, paid ads, SEO, direct email, and untapped channels such as Facebook and Telegram groups.

-Innovation & Independence: Bring fresh ideas and execute initiatives without requiring close supervision.

Qualifications & Skills:

-Proven experience in digital marketing, with emphasis on lead generation.

-Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling scripts, hooks, and offers.

-Hands-on experience with paid ads (Facebook, google ads)

-Familiarity with SEO best practices and website/blog updates (Wix experience preferred).

-Strong leadership and communication skills — able to manage and direct a small creative team effectively.

-Analytical mindset with proven ability to measure performance and optimize campaigns.

-Independent, proactive, and resourceful with a “get things done” approach.
