Job Description

Job Title: Digital Marketing Lead

Employment Type: Full-time (Remote)

Compensation: $8/hr – $10/hr

Schedule: 9 AM – 5 PM PST


The Digital Marketing Lead will play a pivotal role in building a high-performing digital marketing organization from the ground up. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution — creating scalable systems, developing a talented team, and driving measurable growth through data-driven campaigns. Key Objectives:

  • Establish the company’s digital marketing infrastructure, including systems, SOPs, and workflows.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Drive measurable ROI through data-backed decision-making.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and clients on marketing innovation and best practices.


Responsibilities:


Strategic Development

  • Design and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies that accelerate client and company growth.
  • Define, document, and optimize standard operating procedures and marketing workflows.


Team Building & Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and results.


Campaign Management

  • Plan and optimize cross-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, funnels, email, and automation platforms.
  • Build and refine sales funnels to enhance conversion rates and maximize ROI.


Technology & Automation

  • Implement and manage tools such as GoHighLevel for automation, lead nurturing, and performance tracking.


Client Partnership

  • Work closely with clients to align strategies with business goals and maintain transparent communication.


Performance & Optimization

  • Analyze KPIs, prepare performance reports, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.


Innovation & Trends

  • Stay ahead of digital trends, AI-driven tools, and performance marketing innovations to ensure cutting-edge execution.


Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience founding or scaling a digital marketing agency.
  • Deep understanding of conversion optimization (CRO) and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Creative problem solver with a passion for innovation.
  • Skilled in managing cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing solutions and advanced analytics platforms.
